Civil engineering concepts, designs and development application submissions have been developed for the first five stages of this 1100 lot project. We worked to provide a high-quality development that provides for an active lifestyle, nestled in local environmental lands, and the convenience of being so close to town and the freeway.
The project has been particularly challenging as the site is located between two creeks and is surrounded by environmental land. We have navigated three main environmental challenges:
The latter was a new issue for all parties, including the OEH. The solution we designed incorporated basins for the Froglets into the stormwater management system. Our work is being used to guide all future subdivisions in the region.
